We originally contacted Paul and LeeAnne, with a view to renting our apartment. We are non-residents of Canada and had purchased the apartment 2 years previously, with a view to eventually settling in Canada, which was not to be. We telephoned and despite never having had dealings with us before, they made themselves available that evening.
